- 200g Red lentils
- One bag of granulated dried shiitake
- Gourmet cracker Shiitake and black garlic
- 80g Organic peanuts
- 1 clove Garlic
- A hint of chilli powder
- Cumin seeds to taste
- Extravirgin olive oil
- Mixed fresh vegetables
Let's prepare it together!!
First, rinse the lentils well, drain them and put them in a pan with a clove of garlic and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Cook them for about 15 minutes, adding water as needed. Before finishing cooking, add a bag of dried granulated Shiitake mushroom, mix well and finish cooking over medium heat and adjust with salt. Once ready, keep them aside letting them cool.
Meanwhile, we prepare the vegetables, choose the one you like best! We used a red pepper, some cabbage, some yellow tomatoes, a fennel, 3 radishes and a zucchini. All well washed and cut into thin slices or disks!
At this point, take the lentils and put them in the mixer, add the peanuts, chilli, cumin, clove of garlic and a little salt. Blend until you get a very thick and smooth paste and if necessary add a little bit of warm water to adjust its consistency.
