- 2 packs of wholemeal spelt Grissini with pumpkin and sunflower seeds
- 100g of cannellini beans

To prepare the tomato soup, first take a clove of garlic, put it in a pot with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and sauté a few minutes until it starts to sizzle.
