Coconut shrimps with yogurt sauce are an exquisite fish dish that is light and very quick to prepare! - 1 bag of Shiitake and coconut seasoning,
- 1 bag of BIOFit crackers
- 400g of fresh shrimps
- 1 clove of garlic
- ½ glass of white wine
- Juice of half lemon BIO
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chopped parsley
- Salad to taste
For the yogurt sauce:
- Natural yoghurt
- Lemon juice to taste
- Fresh chopped parsley
- Salt to taste
Let's prepare them together!
First, clean the shrimps well and rinse them under cold running water. Then take a pan and add a clove of garlic and the extra virgin olive oil and fry it for a couple of minutes, then add the prawns and blend with the white wine.
Let the shrimps cook for a few minutes, season with salt and pour in a little of the filtered lemon juice and cook over high heat for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. At this point, add the Shiitake and coconut seasoning, mix well and finish cooking in about 3 minutes.
Aside, prepare the yogurt sauce! Take a natural yogurt, add some of the filtered lemon juice, a pinch of salt and the chopped fresh parsley. Mix well and the sauce is ready!!
At this point we serve: on a large plate put a whole salad leaf, add a generous spoonful of yogurt sauce and place the still warm shrimps on top and sprinkle with more chopped parsley and ... The coconut shrimps in yogurt sauce are ready! !
