- 1 bag of Shiitake and chia seed seasoning
- 140g wholemeal Penne Rigate
- 1 onion
- 2 organic zucchini
- 75g Fresh spreadable cheese (make sure it is without addded cream!)
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chopped peanuts to taste
Let's prepare it together!
First, boil a pot of salted water and cook the pasta for the time indicated on the package. In the meantime, chop the onion, wash and cut the zucchini into cubes, then put them in a pan and sauté them with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, adding a little water if necessary during cooking.
Just before finishing cooking, add the spreadable cheese to the vegetables, mixing well so that a fluid cream is created and if necessary add a little cooking water from the pasta. At this point, add the Shiitake and Chia seeds seasoning to the cream and cook over high heat for 3 minutes, always continuing to mix.
